Roasted Greek Chicken | "I used chicken legs with the thigh attached and since I didn't have lemons, I used lemon juice. After I finished cooking the chicken, I placed steamed potatoes in the pan. They soaked up some of that delicious lemony goodness and really tied the dish together. The recipe was easy and incredibly tasty."
