Low Carb Cauliflower Leek Soup | "I was blown away by how delicious this soup was. I did season it up a bit (added some onion powder, Rosemary , and red chilli flakes) as per other reviewers and roasted the cauliflower, but other than that I left it as is. It's a great soup to experiment with- will definitely make again!"
