Champagne Shrimp and Pasta | "I had a dish similar to this is Italy and wanted to duplicate. This is very close, but the big difference is Italy used smoked salmon. Excellent! I have done this with shrimp. With smoked salmon and with both shrimp and salmon...rave reviews. This is a keeper."
