Maple-Brined Pork Loin | "This was amazing. Made exactly as instructed except I only had a 1.5 lb. Pork loin so I reduced oven time to 40 minutes total. I used fresh rosemary instead of dried. I also basted the loin periodically after applying the glaze. Next time I'm buying a bigger loin."
