Beef Stew VI | "WOW! This is the best beef stew recipe I've ever tried! Like some other reviewers I wasn't sure about the rosemary but it made this stew. The flavor was fabulous! My picky brother said over and over it was THE best he's ever eaten and he's rather fussy. He loved it. He's never complimented anything I've made so much! This is a KEEPER!
